What is included
- Header: project, report number, date, weather, temperature, working hours and author
- Manpower, equipment and materials-delivered tables, with totals for manpower
- Free-text sections: work carried out, delays and instructions, safety, visitors and inspections
- Weather and material acceptance drop-downs in the Excel file
How to fill it in
- Fill in the date, weather and working hours at the start of the shift.
- Record manpower by trade and company, and equipment with working and idle hours.
- Log deliveries with the delivery note number and whether they were accepted.
- Summarise the work done, any delays or instructions received, safety observations and visitors.
- Sign and file the report the same day. Do not edit it afterwards; add a correction as a new entry.
