Construction Management Built for the Gulf
Arkan is a construction management platform built for contractors, consultants and developers in the Gulf. It brings schedules, BOQs, inspections, documents and approvals together in one place, in English and Arabic.
Our Mission
To give construction teams practical tools that reduce administrative work, keep everyone working from the same information, and make it clear who approved what and when.
What Drives Us
Customer Obsessed
Every decision starts with how it affects the people using Arkan. We build what construction professionals need, not what's easy to build.
Innovation First
We challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas. The construction industry deserves modern solutions.
Trust & Security
Project data is critical. We take that responsibility seriously, with two-factor authentication, per-screen permissions and a full version and approval history.
People Matter
Our team is our greatest asset. We invest in people and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.
Built for How Gulf Projects Work
Arkan is designed around the way construction projects run in the region: multiple parties reviewing and approving work, BOQ-based payments, and teams that work in both English and Arabic. We are based in Dubai, UAE, with an office in Sharjah.
- Full English and Arabic interface, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic
- BOQ-based payment requests with advance payments, retention and VAT
- Configurable approval workflows for submittals, inspections and RFIs
- Primavera P6 schedule import (.xml and .xer)
