  • Optional encryption for folders in the File Manager

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors)
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Other users within your organization as configured by your admin

6. Third-Party Services

Depending on configuration, the website may use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (analytics, only with consent), Hotjar (usage analytics), and a live-chat provider. Within the Arkan app, the optional AI Assistant sends documents you attach to Google's Gemini API for processing.

Optional OpenAI Ads measurement

If you allow Marketing Cookies, we use the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure accepted demo requests and relate them to advertising using browser and page signals. When automatic matching is enabled, the pixel may use hashed contact information to improve matching. We do not manually add your form fields or enquiry message to pixel events. You can withdraw permission for future pixel measurement through Cookie settings; this does not automatically delete information already sent. Contact us about access or deletion requests. Your enquiry is still processed if you decline marketing cookies.
