You choose the workflow packs each project needs, and the scale of the project, the implementation work and any integrations differ for every team, so a single published number would suit almost no one. We build the quote from what you actually need. It lists the packs, project scale, annual software, implementation, first-year and renewal totals, and what is excluded, so you can compare it line by line. There are no per-user fees, and you only add the packs a project needs. The model is explained on this page.

It depends on the number of projects and the data you bring. Implementation is quoted separately in a statement of work that sets out configuration, data migration, training and launch support, with deliverables and acceptance criteria agreed before we start.

Yes. Training is part of implementation: the sessions, audiences, language and format are agreed in your statement of work, and our team in the UAE supports you through launch.

No. A licensed project can include everyone who works on it, including consultants and contractors, as named users with role-based permissions. Accounts are personal and should not be shared.

Yes. When you commit several projects, or one large project, the rate on the additional annual software spend is lower. Implementation and specialist services are priced separately and are not part of that discount.

Yes. Arkan imports Primavera P6 schedules (.xml / .xer) and Excel BOQs, and you can upload your existing project documents and drawings. For data in other systems, our team will scope the migration with you.

Every project includes the Platform Foundation (projects, dashboards, workflows, contacts and notifications). You then choose workflow packs: Documents & Engineering, Field & Quality, Commercial Control, and Planning & Progress. Arkan has 20+ modules in total: Projects, Project Dashboard, Submittals, Inspections, RFI, Tasks, Punch List, Schedule & Primavera P6, Finance & Payment Requests, BOQ & Variations, Checklists, Workflows, Documents & Files, Contacts & Notifications, Meetings & Minutes, NCR, BIM, Daily Logs, Specifications, AI Assistant. Your quote lists the packs and modules licensed for each project.

Arkan does not ship certified regulatory templates. Instead, approval workflows and inspection checklists are configurable, so your team can set them up to reflect the procedures you work to, such as OSHAD, Dubai Municipality or your contract's requirements. Responsibility for compliance stays with your organisation.

Arkan imports Primavera P6 schedules as .xml or .xer files. Imported schedules are shown in grid and Gantt views with critical path analysis, you can track activity completion, and you can compare schedule versions over time.

Arkan is hosted on Microsoft Azure. If you have specific data location requirements, raise them with our team during your demo.

Arkan supports two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator. Administrators set permissions for each role on each screen: retrieve, insert, update, delete, print, export, approver and owner. Folders in the File Manager can optionally be encrypted.

Yes. Documents keep a version history that you can restore from, and requests such as submittals, inspections and RFIs keep their workflow history, including each approval step.
