What is included

How to fill it in
- Take planned and actual percentages from the same baseline programme and update.
- Enter the contract value, approved variations and the amount certified to date.
- List key activities with planned and forecast dates and planned and actual progress.
- Add the look-ahead for the next period, including the information you need from others.
- Record open issues and risks with an owner, action and due date. Attach photographs and the latest programme.
